The con and pro of watching Spooks before bed

The con - a series of dreams involving me running away from people who wanted to kill me because I knew something they didn't want me to know... rather scary actually

But the pro is a good one - an hour of Rupert Penry-Jones ~~sadly he didn't feature in my dreams~~
