Step away from the party snacks

by sminchin @ 2008-05-18 - 21:35:26

We hideously over-catered for yesterday's party

Turns out most of the kids were more interested in chasing each other around with balloons than eating

We have piles of unhealthy stuff everywhere and, well, you know, someone's got to eat it ;D

Mmmmm, sugared popcorn :)

Think I'm going to need a few pairs of these to wear under my dress for my SIL's wedding... sexy, eh? :))

Kids don't seem to eat much these days.

I think it may be cos they don't play outside in the air so much as we did.

bad grammar sorry.

;)

There were 3 or 4 that just stood by the table and stuffed their faces but most of the others didn't touch much at all... very weird! Even the birthday boy didn't want any cake

Lucky cow.

I could live on kids' crap forever, I really could.

Shame

Of course I'm going to find it rather hard to get to sleep after all this sugar but, hey, it's worth it :) :P

I'm gonna get a pair of those for my prom! Choosing satin for my dress really wasnt the best idea :))

My dress for the wedding is silk, so pretty but really impractical, clings everywhere!

I hope you did the modern thing and provided party bags when they left :)

Those grippa knickers are nightmare to get on and off y'know!

I find that there are the kids who will eat everything that don't move and those who are very polite and hardly eat. I can't stand seeing the kids paw everything either...I always make a point of reading the kids in my class the riot act before food is produced with "whatever you touch is what you must take from the plate" in the hope that they pay attention!

On and off doesn't bother me too much as long as they do their thing and don't make me sweat like a pig!
We had a few pawers on Saturday

If you buy a pair of them, don't drink anything. If you find you need to pee, you will need to take your man to the loo with you to help you out of the darn things!

They have an opening gusset for just such occasions :))

Cool! What a good idea. I had a pair of tights like them knickers and when you get warm - OMG! - you have to peel them off.
